From now on ERGO motor hull insurance has one more advantage – a free replacement car!
ERGO offers a free replacement car to the motor hull insurance clients for the time when the vehicle of the client is unfit for use in traffic because of an insurance event.
ERGO motor hull insurance clients receive the service free for up to 21 days. A replacement car can be used by all ERGO clients with motor hull insurance of motor cars whose vehicle is in normal use. The new free service is offered to new clients as well as to the owners of contracts already signed.
This means that from now on ERGO motor hull insurance has besides ERGO Autoabi another worthwhile advantage!
Conditions of giving the replacement car
- A replacement car is given in Estonia in the determined delivery points in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, Jõhvi and Haapsalu.
Delivery points of replacement cars:
Tallinn – Ahtri 6
Tartu – the parking lot of the TASKU Centre – Turu 2
Pärnu – Savi 3
Viljandi – Uku 1A
Jõhvi – Kooli 3
Haapsalu – Tallinna mnt 1
- A replacement car is provided from these locations on working days from 8.30 until 17.30.
- For an extra fee the client can request delivery of the ERGO replacement car to a preferred destination point at preferred time. The price list can be viewed here.
- The replacement car is given only for the time when the vehicle is unfit for use in traffic because of an insurance event, but only after the claim has been registered in an office of ERGO or by a representative of ERGO. The replacement car is provided within reasonable time from registering the claim notification.
- In case the vehicle is fit for use but needs repairing, the replacement car is provided for the time when the vehicle is repaired in the repair company.
- In case of total loss of the vehicle the replacement car is given until the compensation decision has been made but not for longer than 21 days.
- In other cases of replacement car the replacement car can be used while the vehicle is being repaired or during the time when the vehicle is because of an insurance event unfit for use in traffic, but not for longer than 21 days.
- A replacement car is not given, when the time of repairing the insured vehicle in a repair company does not exceed 12 hours.
- A replacement car is not given when the insured vehicle or parts thereof have been stolen or robbed.
- The replacement car has to be returned clean and with the fuel tank filled. Otherwise the customer shall pay the sum for washing and fuelling as set out in the rental contract.
